How do I view my Memos?
Memos you own can be viewed by going to your Vault on www.Celebrium.com or utilizing the Celebrium Vault software on your computer.
How do I backup my Memos?
You can easily back up your Celebrium Memos using the web Vault or the desktop Vault. Simply click Back Up, select the Memos and quantities of each that you want to back up, then click Back Up. Continue following the on screen prompts to save the back up file to the location of your choosing. We recommend that you back up your Memo® Collection as
Are my Memos secure?
Celebrium has a dedicated team overseeing the security of our website and the web Vault. We do however recommend that you back up your Memo® Collection regularly onto external storage.
What is the value of my Memos?
Like any collectible, Memo® values can and will fluctuate based on a many factors including the Memo's age, celebrity, availability, and more. At this time we do not have value tracking in place but a system to suggest a value has been discussed for a potential future update.
How do I trade or sell my Memos?
Like any other collectible, you may trade or sell your Memos® to other collectors independently. The only difference is the technology around how trading is done. To trade (or sell) one or more Memos® to another, you'll first need to export them. You may do this using your web or desktop Vault depending on where the Memo(s) you want to trade are located. How/Where do I store my Memos?
When you purchase a Memo® you are prompted to download it onto your device. Ideally, you should store your Memos® on your computer with a back-up on external storage such as a thumb drive or external hard drive. You can use the Celebrium Web Vault or the desktop Vault to create your back-ups, import, export and store your Memos®.
What can I do with Memos?
A Celebrium Memo® is a celebrity collectible, similar to a sports trading card or piece of art. It is for you to enjoy in the same way as you would enjoy any other celebrity collectible. Memos® can be purchased from the Celebrium website. We accept most major credit cards and electronic checks through Pay Pal and Stripe. We are working on including crypto currency payment options as well as a Trading Post for Collectors to trade, buy and sell their Memos, but at this time, we do not have estimated availability time for these options.
What is digital memorabilia?
