Celebrium™ is the world’s first authentic digital celebrity collectibles platform. From music to movies, sports to television, we are teaming up with celebrities to bring you something unique that combines the exclusivity of celebrity collectibles with the ease of the digital age. A portion of proceeds from the sale of each Memo™ is also donated to the celebrity’s charity of choice.
Our patent pending technology enables the individual authentication of a unique digital file.
What that means is that the Celebrium™ Memos you receive are each unique, authenticatable and counterfeit proof.
“How” you say? Isn’t it possible to just copy a digital file on a computer? Well, in this case, no.
The RAIDA (Redundant Array of Independent Detection Agents) is an independent, distributed global network of authentication systems that use the Cloud Consortium algorithm to verify the authenticity of images or data created on the network.
For the crypto savvy, Celebrium Memos™ are essentially NFT’s or “Non-Fungible Tokens” meaning that each is a unique digital file that cannot be authentically duplicated. Our authentication network is completely scalable, and can process upwards of 24,000 transactions per second.
For more details on our technology and how it works, visit our About page.
Celebrium™ digital memorabilia, which we call “Memos”, are limited edition images of, or created by, celebrities, licensed to us and made available for purchase using the same digital authentication technologies you’ll find in crypto technologies such as CloudCoin.
For the more technically minded (feel free to skip this if you’re not) Celebrium Memos are essentially NFT’s or “Non-Fungible Tokens” created using the Cloud Coin algorithm on the RAIDA. They are authenticatable instantaneously on the RAIDA which can process over 24,000 transactions per second and climbing.
For more details, please visit our About page.
Memos™ can be purchased from the Celebrium website. We accept most major credit cards and electronic checks through Pay Pal and Stripe. We are working on including crypto currency payment options as well as a Trading Post for Collectors to trade, buy and sell their Memos, but at this time, we do not have estimated availability time for these options.
A Celebrium Memo™ is a celebrity collectible, similar to a sports trading card or piece of art. It is for you to enjoy in the same way as you would enjoy any other celebrity collectible. You can view it, show it to your friends, display it in your Celebrium™ Collection, and know that you own something special and unique from one or more of your favorite celebrities.
Your entire Collection gallery can be shared using your customized link. Individual Memos™ can be shared on social media directly from your Celebrium™ Collection gallery and a limited number of printed versions of your Memo™ can be ordered in a feature coming soon. Memos™, like other collectibles, can also be traded and sold.
Note: The Memo™ you share on social media may contain a non-obtrusive watermark and it will not be the actual Memo™. Your actual Memos™ will always reside in your Vault or storage location of your choosing.
When you purchase a Memo™ you are prompted to download it onto your device. Ideally, you should store your Memos™ on your computer with a back-up on external storage such as a thumb drive or external hard drive.
Like any other collectible, you may trade or sell your Memos™ to other collectors independently. The only difference is the technology around how trading is done.
To trade (or sell) one or more Memos™ to another, you’ll first need to export them. You may do this using your web or desktop Vault depending on where the Memo(s) you want to trade are located. Note: Exporting is not the same as creating a back-up. Use Export to trade/give Memos and use Back Up to store copies for safe keeping.
Once you’ve exported the Memo(s) you wish to trade, a zip file containing the Memos is created. You can then give/send this zip file to the other person, who will then need to import them to take full ownership.
Once they’ve imported the Memos, any copies you retain will become invalid and will not authenticate on the RAIDA. It is recommended that any Memos received via any source other than Celebrium.com, be imported into your web or desktop Vault immediately upon receipt as you won’t officially own them on the RAIDA until this is done.
It goes without saying that you should take proper precautions when trading your Memos and ensure trust between you and the person(s) you’re trading to.
Celebrium has future plans to develop a Trading Depot which will ultimately allow relatively seamless trading between Collectors. In the meantime, as with all types of collectibles, independent trading is a viable option.
Like any collectible, Memo™ values can and will fluctuate based on a many factors including the Memo’s age, celebrity, availability, and more. At this time we do not have value tracking in place but a system to suggest a value has been discussed for a potential future update.
Celebrium has a dedicated team overseeing the security of our website and the web Vault. We do however recommend that you back up your Memo™ Collection regularly onto external storage.
You can easily back up your Celebrium Memos using the web Vault or the desktop Vault. Simply click Back Up, select the Memos and quantities of each that you want to back up, then click Back Up. Continue following the on screen prompts to save the back up file to the location of your choosing.
We recommend that you back up your Memo™ Collection as you add new Memos and save them offline in a safe place such as a thumb drive or external hard drive.
Memos you own can be viewed by going to your Vault on www.Celebrium.com or utilizing the Celebrium Vault software on your computer.
We all like sharing photos online and when you own a Memo™, you can share it on your social media profiles, so your friends can see your new celebrity collectible. We are currently working to integrate with several existing platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
Please note: when sharing your photos on social media, a watermark may be added to the image to prevent others from downloading a copy of your Memo™. Additionally, the Memo™ image you share will not be the actual authentic Memo™. It will be an adjusted copy and will not authenticate. Celebrium™ Memos cannot be authentically duplicated.
You can also share your Celebrium™ Collection link with others who may view your Memos™ in your Gallery.
This feature is coming soon.
To order prints of your Memo™ image, just go to your Collection gallery and select the image. You will notice a button to purchase prints and a counter of how many prints are still available for that Memo™. By clicking the Purchase Prints button, you will be taken to an order form which will show you print options available for that memo. Please note some Memos may have print media options, such as photo gloss, canvas, and more, as well as sizing options, while others may not have all options.
A description of available Memo print options will be on the order page. In instances where images do not include all options, it is due to the image content. We’ve teamed up with a printing company who will help determine the options available for each print to give you the best quality possible. All prints will include the Memo edition number combined with the print number – Example: MemoRunID-MemoID-Print#/OfTotalPrints = Valerie01-8324-1/5. This will be printed in a place that doesn’t take away from the image but will identify it and designate its rarity.
At this time we do not offer signed versions of your printed Memos. However, if you order a print and ask the celebrity to sign it at a scheduled event (like a meet and greet or autographing tour), this can serve to accomplish that. Having your Memo™ signed in this way may or may not have an effect on the digital version’s value.
The list of celebrities partnering with Celebrium™ is growing daily. We hope to bring you new celebrities regularly and new Memos™ from current celebrities as well. You can find the currently available Celebrium Memos™ in the Start Collecting area.
One of the biggest ways we choose our celebrities is feedback from you. We will be presenting ways for you to give us direct suggestions for celebrities to feature in the near future.
Like most collectibles, a limited number of each Memo™ will be available. The amount to be issued will be decided upon before placing them for sale on the Celebrium™ website. Once the number of available Memos have been exhausted, it will no longer be available for direct purchase. However, owners of a Memo™ can elect to sell or trade them independently and through the Celebrium Trading Post.
To allow for more people to have access to the Memos™, we will decide how many Memos™ an individual user may purchase from a given Memo™ run. This will prevent a single user from buying out all of a specific Memo™.
Like most collectibles, the number and editions of Memos™ available for each celebrity can and will vary. We may start with 1 for an individual celebrity and add new editions for that celebrity later on. That edition’s Memo™ quantity will also be limited. How many for each will depend on many factors including popularity and the fundraising goals of that campaign.
